Visitation Supervision

THE PROCESS IN FOUR EASY STEPS

Beginning  the process with Happy Child Supervision is fast and easy!

1

INITIAL CONTACT

Schedule a phone call with us so we know some basic details about you, and get a general sense of what you're looking for.

2

All appropriate parties (including custodial and non-custodial parents, along with attorneys if need be) are contacted by the Happy Child Supervision intake team. In that conversation, visitation rules, fees, stipulations of the court order, the Supervisor profile and the logistics of the visitation are discussed and any questions that either parent may have, are answered.

3

Next, an appointed Supervisor will also contact both parents to review both rules and logistics on the day before the visit.

The Supervisor will arrive first and will choreograph the transition of the child or children from one parent to the other.

The Supervisor will manage the visit according to the specific court order and the rules of Happy Child Supervision. At the conclusion of the visit, the Supervisor will manage the return transition.

THE FINAL STEP

The Supervisor will create a detailed report of the visit and submit the report to Happy Child Supervision who will manage the distribution of the report to designated parties, subject to a fee. The Supervisor will also brief Happy Child Management regarding any points of concern. The custodial parent is then required to contact Happy Child Supervision to arrange additional visits, if so ordered.
